Me? Stressed?

If you are stressed out by work it may be because you are too “me-centred”, according to Srikumar Rao, whose book, Are You Ready to Succeed? is published next month. He suggests that you tape yourself during a business call, and count how many times you said “I”, “me” or “my”. Then recognize that “without your help the Earth can spin.”
