IT Problems Cost Small Businesses Thousands

A BT Business survey has revealed that just under half of small busineeses in Wales experience IT problems every day - seriously affecting productivity and profit.
Forty-five per cent of small businesses said they wasted more than 20 hours a month on IT problems. Most of those businesses have up to 100 employees and the survey revealed their IT difficulties are seriously affecting their profit as they are spending more than £5,000 a year trying to fix them.
Of those questioned, over half cited slow computers as the most frustrating problem.
